一、FCC簡介
FCC全稱是Federal Communications Commission，中文為美國聯邦通信委員會。于1934年根據Communications Act建立，是美國政府的一個獨立機構，直接對國會負責。FCC通過控制無線電廣播、電視、電信、衛星和電纜來協調國內和國際的通信。涉及美國50多個州、哥倫比亞以及美國所屬地區為確保與生命財產有關的無線電和電線通信產品的安全性，FCC的工程技術部（Office of Engineering and Technology）負責委員會的技術支持，同時負責設備認可方面的事務。根據美國聯邦通訊法規相關部分(CFR 47部分)中規定，凡進入美國的電子類產品都需要進行電磁兼容認證，都要求FCC的認可，即FCC認證。
1，FCC認證類型
Certification(認證)、DOC（符合性驗證）、Verification（自我驗證或聲明），要求逐步降低。自2018年11月2日FCC SDoC認證程序代替FCC DoC & VoC認證程序。
哪些產品需要FCC認證？
有IC、機板、發聲的產品，工作頻率超過1.75M的產品都要經過FCC及IC認證，
帶馬達（磁力線圈類部件）的產品，頻率超過0.9M的都要經過FCC及IC認證，
由于頻率難以確定，上述兩類產品都要做認證，而不管頻率多少。
2，不同類型產品的FCC認證模式
無線遙控產品：需要做certification，發射部分需要拿到ID號
其他電子類產品：需要做SDoC，獲取有資質的第三方實驗室報告.
3，FCC標識
產品及包裝上（或說明書）都需要FCC及IC標識，分別要求如下：
帶無線遙控的產品上的標識:
A 發射產品上: ID XXXXXXXX.可以用貼紙或絲印等方式，
B 接收部分的標識如下（30MHz以下的接收器不用加貼--參考FCC15.101）：

Module No. （產品型號）

? Increase the distance between the equipment and receiver.

普通電子產品：
A 產品上的標識（與帶無線遙控產品標識比較，少了產品編號及公司名稱）：

B 包裝或說明書（或吊卡）上的標識：同帶無線遙控產品的包裝上標識
4，FCC標識方法
布標、絲印移印、貼紙（貼紙必須是過膠或膠質的,且粘貼牢固）等。
其他注意事項
不準貼在電池蓋等可移除的部件上，可張貼在底座等不影響外觀的位置.
包裝上標識的文種與其他包裝文字文種對應, 產品上則可只要英文如彩盒是英法文的,則也需要英法文.
二、什么是FCC SDOC?
1，FCC SDOC介紹
美國聯邦通信委員會(FCC)在2017年11月2日官方正式決定，把DoC & VoC 計劃正式變更為SDoC，目的是為了簡化FCC認證中無線裝置設備的認證流程和明確電子標簽使用規范。
SDoC的全稱是Supplier's Declaration of Conformity，設備供貨商 (注：該供貨商必須是美國當地的公司)將對符合規定標準或要求的設備進行檢測，符合規定的設備需提供相關檔 (如 SDoC 的聲明檔) 向公眾提供證明。也就是說，只有美國的公司才能出具SDoC的宣告信，非美國公司 (包括實驗室，制造商等) 都不能出具SDoC宣告信。
FCC SDoC實行日期
FCC SDoC已在2018年11月2日全面正式實施。2017年11月2日到2018年11月2日期間過渡運行期，在此1年的過渡期間內，企業可繼續使用 FCC VoC 和 DoC 認證程序或者直接使用新的FCC SDoC認證程序均可。一年過渡期后，FCC SDoC認證程序將正式替代原有的FCC VoC和DoC認證方式。
2，FCC SDoC的變化
--對產品負責人有明確要求, 需要提供美國公司的聯系方式, 責任方可以是進口商或收貨人或報關行, 同時2018年11月2日之后,FCC DOC和FCC VOC作廢；
--所有SDoC產品可以自主選擇是否標識FCC Logo；
--我們常見的設備的認證方式發生重大變化, 除無線發射產品/掃描接收機/電力線寬帶接入/雷達探測產品必須要做FCC ID, 其他所有產品都可以選擇FCC ID或者SDOC。
3，哪些產品做FCC SDoC
申請FCC認證中，FCC SDoC適用于普通不帶無線功能的產品，如顯示器、普通家用電器、燈具等。包含個人電腦及其周邊設備；家用電器設備；電動工具；音視頻產品；燈具；玩具；安防類產品等。如顯示器、鼠標、電冰箱、電水壺、吹風機、LED燈具、電子玩具、普通門禁等產品。
美國已連續幾年成為中國第二大貿易伙伴，中美貿易額呈逐年上升趨勢，因此對美出口不容小覷。美國的產品技術標準、進口法規越加嚴謹，了解美國市場準入規則將會幫助中國產品進一步打開美國市場。按照FCC法規要求，產品負責方（制造商或進口商）應將產品在FCC指定的合格檢測機構對產品進行檢測，做出檢測報告，若產品符合FCC標準，則在產品上加貼相應標簽，在用戶使用手冊中聲明有關符合FCC標準規定，并保留檢測報告以備FCC索要。
